1. By participating in OG’s Pick’em Challenge, all participants are subject to OG’s Terms of Use, which can be found on the OG.xyz website. These terms and conditions include, but are not limited to, rules and regulations governing the use of the platform, eligibility requirements for participating in events, and guidelines for conduct and communication. Participants are expected to read and abide by these terms and conditions throughout their involvement in the Pick’em Challenge. Failure to comply with the Terms of Use may result in disqualification or banning from the event and/or OG.xyz.

2. OG reserves the right to disqualify and ban any participant who engages in activities that are deemed unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Pick’em Challenge or the OG.xyz platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in the Challenge. OG’s decision in such matters is final and binding.

3. The information and content provided in OG’s Pick’em Challenge, specifically that of The Crypto Whisperer, is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. It should not be considered as financial advice or used as a basis for making financial decisions. The Crypto Whisperer and OG’s Pick’em Challenge do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or recommendations provided, and shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using or relying on such information.

4. Any user-generated content created in relation to the Crypto Whisperer challenge is the expressed view of the content creator and not the view or opinion of OG or the Crypto Whisperer. OG and the Crypto Whisperer are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content, and do not endorse any views or opinions expressed therein. By creating and submitting user-generated content, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless OG and the Crypto Whisperer from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from such content.

5. Crystals or event points earned in OG’s Pick’em Challenge are not considered a currency or form of legal tender. These rewards are solely for entertainment and gamification purposes and have no cash value. OG reserves the right to modify the redemption values of crystals or event points at any time without notice. The use of crystals or event points is subject to the terms and conditions of the Pick’em Challenge and any other guidelines provided by OG.

6. OG reserves the right to modify or cancel any prizes offered in the Pick’em Challenge at any time, without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside of its control. Any changes to the prizes offered will be communicated to participants through OG.xyz or other means of communication. OG is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of modifications or cancellations of prizes.

7. By participating in the Crypto Whisperer, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by OG, including those outlined in this disclaimer.
