  * Members must join a dojo (or create one) in order to be eligible for rewards.
  *Note that the competition schedule may be subject to change. Any changes will be announced via all official communication channels.
  
  Dojo Entry Requirements
  Dojo senseis will either set their dojos to be public or private prior to accepting members. If a dojo is set to public, anyone can join that dojo. If it's set to private, a pin will be required to access that dojo.
  
  Solo Battle Entry Requirements
  Joining a dojo will automatically enroll you into both Solo Battles: individual trading volume and individual profit.
  
  
  Eligible Contracts
  All Derivatives contracts, including USDT Perpetuals, USDC Contracts.
  
  Participation & Rewarding Criteria
  

  • Dojo member ranking criteria: At the beginning of the competition (see Competition Calendar for specific dates), if a user's wallet balance in a specific contract currency is ≥ 500 USDT for more than five minutes, the system will record that balance as the initial equity for the competition. Please note that if a withdrawal or transfer occurs after your initial equity is logged, the yield may be negative.
  • Dojo member rewarding criteria: If a reward is based on threshold volume, a user's derivatives transaction volume must be ≥ 30,000 USDT during the competition period. If the reward is based on effective PnL(%) or profit (e.g. individual profit in Solo Battle), a user's trading volume must be ≥ 30,000 USDT.
• Prize Pools
  Prize Pools: The total prize pool consists of the competition prize pool (up to $5m USDT) and the prize pool for Summon the Dragon(up to $5m USDT). See Prize Pool Meter for the current prize pool amount.
  Total Prize Pool: up to $10,000,000 USDT
  

  • Competition Prize Pool: up to $5,000,000 USDT
  • Summon the Dragon: up to $5,000,000 USDT

  
  - Dojo Battle (PnL): Accounts for 60% of the total prize pool, distributed among the top 10 dojos. Within each dojo in the top 10, the dojo sensei will receive 20% of the dojo's winnings, the top 10 eligible members will share 30% of the dojo's winnings, and the remaining 50% of the dojo's winnings will be evenly divided among the dojo members who reach the threshold volume.
  
  - Solo Battle (Volume): Accounts for 20% of the total prize pool, distributed among the top 150 participants. The system will calculate the trading volume for eligible contracts and reward participants based on the higher trading volume.
  
  - Solo Battle (Profit): Accounts for 20% of the total prize pool, distributed among the top 150 participants. OG's system will calculate the profits of all eligible contracts by taking a snapshot of the prices.
  
  - Summon the Dragon: Accounts for 100% of the prize pool for Summon the Dragon and will be distributed evenly among eligible users who collect all 7 Dragon Balls. Each Dragon Ball is numbered and users will need to collect one of each numbered Dragon Ball to be eligible to summon the dragon. Users who collect all 7 Dragon Balls may "summon the dragon" prior to end of the event, but will not be able to calculate or claim their reward until the tournament has ended.
  *The rewards the prize pools above will be announced and distributed after the competition period ends.
  
  - Dojo PnL(%), Solo Battle individual trading volume, and Solo Battle individual profit rankings will be updated every five (5) minutes.
  
  - All Derivatives contracts, including USDT Perpetuals, USDC Contracts will be considered for the Dojo Battle - Users can participate and compete in all categories of the Squad Showdown.
  - Market Makers, Pro 3, Pro 4, and Pro 5 users are not allowed to participate in this competition. Pro 1 and 2 users are eligible for the competition.
  - If there are two (2) squads with the same member count, the first to reach the required size will be granted the reward. If two (2) squads reach the required member count at the same time, the squad with higher trading volume will be granted the reward.
• Prize Pool Calculations
  Dojo Battle PnL(%) Reward and Calculation Formula
  Dojo member’s profit = [account equity (incl. unrealized PnL and/or bonus) - initial equity (incl. unrealized PnL and/or bonus) + withdrawal amount during competition - deposit amount during competition].
  Dojo member’s PnL(%) = profit / (initial equity + total deposits) * 100%.
  Dojo's PnL(%) = Total PnL(%) of top 10 members / 10 (members who are listed in the top 10 with trading volume of less than 30,000 USDT and/or negative returns will be excluded). If there are fewer than 10 members in the dojo who meet the requirements, it will still be divided by 10.
  Deposits: Accumulated deposits (incl. transfers, awarded bonus, commissions, asset exchange) during the competition period.
  Withdrawals: Accumulated withdrawals (incl. any withdrawals and asset exchange) during the competition period.

  Solo Battle Individual Profit Reward and Calculation Formula
  Top 150 individual profit ranking (trading volume of less than 30,000 USDT will be excluded).
  Individual profit = [Account equity (incl. unrealized PnL and/or bonus) - initial equity (incl. unrealized PnL and/or bonus) + withdrawal amount during competition - deposit amount during competition].
  Deposits: Accumulated deposits (incl. transfers, awarded bonuses, commissions, asset exchange) during the competition period.
  Withdrawals: Accumulated withdrawals (incl. any withdrawals and asset exchange) during the competition period.
  Initial equity: At the beginning of the competition, if a user's wallet balance in a specific contract currency is at least 500 USDT for more than five minutes, the system will record that balance as the initial equity for the competition.
  Account Equity: Calculated every five minutes until the conclusion of the competition.
  
  Solo Battle Individual Trading Volume Reward and Calculation Formula
  Top 150 individual trading volume ranking (trading volume of less than 30,000 USDT will be excluded).
  Rankings will be based on users' trading volume.
  All calculations only constitute assets from the derivatives account.
  Any amount transferred to the derivatives account shall be regarded as a deposit, and any amount transferred from the derivatives account to spot or earn accounts are regarded as withdrawals.
  
  Calculation Formula
  Unified Trading Account (UTA):
  PnL(%) will include all USDT and USDC perpetual contracts, spot trading, Spot Margin Trading as well as Leveraged Tokens.
  - Transfers from the Funding Account to Unified Trading Account will count as new deposits
  
  - Deposits to the UTA will affect PnL(%)
  - Transfers from any account to the UTA will affect PnL(%), such as from the Inverse Derivatives or Funding Account
  - Deposits to the Inverse Derivatives Account will affect PnL(%)
  - Assets exchanged in the UTA will not count as deposit or withdrawals
  - The tokens in your UTA will be converted to their USD equivalent. Your overall PnL(%) may be affected if the price of the tokens fluctuate.
  
  Non-Unified Trading Account:
  PnL(%) will include all USDT and USDC Perpetual contracts.
  When it comes to upgrading to a Unified Trading Account, please keep in mind:
  - You can register for the competition before or after upgrading your account.
  - However, if you have already registered for the competition, you will not be able to upgrade to a Unified Trading Account until the competition is over.
  - Deposits to the Derivatives Account or USDC Derivatives Account will count as new deposits
  - Transfers from the Spot Account to Derivatives Account or USDC Derivatives Account will count as new deposits
  - Transfers from the Funding Account to Derivatives Account or USDC Derivatives Account will count as new deposits
  - Funds transferred out of the Derivatives Account or USDC Derivatives Account will count as withdrawals
  
  Early Bird Registration Promo
  - During the early bird period, members who register by joining or creating a dojo will receive a special prize. Capsules can be opened once the competition period begins. There are three ways a user can earn capsules during the early bird period.
  Be a sensei - Sensei will receive a capsule for every member who joins their dojo during the early bird registration period.
  Be super early - During the early bird period, the first ten members to join a dojo will receive two capsules.
  Be early - Each member will receive one capsule for joining a dojo during the early bird period.

  Terms & Conditions
  
  - OG reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive activities during the competition, such as wash trading, volume faking, using multiple accounts, or market manipulation.
  - If members with similar trading strategies have been detected by our risk detection engine, only the participant with the highest PnL(%) or profit will be allowed to continue in the competition.
  - If members have been detected to have engaged in matched trading activities by our risk detection engine, all associated users will be disqualified from the competition.
  - During the competition, any member who cancels more than 10 orders per minute may be disqualified.
  - If the dojo sensei in the top 10 list is disqualified, their share of the reward will be evenly divided among the dojo's top 10 eligible members with a trading volume of ≥ 30,000 USDT.
  - OG reserves the right of final interpretation of the Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
  - Rewards will be announced and distributed shortly after the competition period has ended.

  Q1: What is trading volume?
  A: Trading volume refers to the total value of trades conducted with leverage, including both buying and selling. The system will automatically convert your trading volume into USDT.
  
  Q2: Can I make a withdrawal during the competition period?
  A: During the competition, there are no restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or asset exchanges. However, please note that these actions may impact your PnL(%) and competition ranking.
  
  Q3: Can I receive both Dojo Battle and Solo Battle Rewards?
  A: Yes, you can receive both Dojo Battle and Solo Battle Rewards.

  1. A qualified referral is a new member who signed up for OG through your referral link or invite code and deposited a minimum of 500 USDT within seven (7) days.
  2. The total trading volume generated by all eligible referrals during the competition, including trading volume from perpetuals, futures, and spot trades.
  3. Rewards will only be granted when you reach the minimum trading volume requirement during the competition.
  4. The deposit amount and trading volume during the event period will be calculated based on the real-time exchange rate (in USD).
  5. OG reserves the right to disqualify a participant who engages in any inappropriate, dishonest or abusive activities (such as wash trading, volume faking, participating using multiple accounts, market manipulation, etc.) during the event.
  6. Participants who violate these terms will not be eligible for referral incentives; any fraudulent or abusive behaviors will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts.
